Position: WordPress Developer (Avada Theme Specialist)

We are seeking a proficient WordPress Developer with a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the Avada theme. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of hands-on experience in WordPress development, with a focus on crafting engaging user experiences and optimizing site functionality.

Key Qualifications:

• Avada Theme Expertise: Direct experience with the Avada theme, capable of utilizing its features to the fullest to create dynamic and responsive websites.
• Custom Coding: Skilled in writing custom CSS and PHP code to tailor WordPress sites to specific requirements and enhance functionality.
• Image Management: Proficient in managing website imagery, including selection, editing, and optimization to ensure fast loading times and visual appeal.
• Content Development: Ability to work with written content, capable of making adjustments based on inputs and integrating with chat GPT Pro for content creation.
• Proactive Approach: A fast starter who can hit the ground running, quickly adapting to new projects with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using the Avada theme, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
• Write and implement custom CSS/PHP code as needed to meet design and functionality requirements.
• Manage and optimize images for the website, ensuring alignment with the overall design aesthetic.
• Collaborate with content teams to refine website copy, utilizing AI tools like chat GPT Pro to enhance content quality.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues, consistently delivering projects on time and to specifications.
