To make things interesting IronHill launched their learning program using an org-wide contest. The teams could vote for their peers and the person with the most votes was declared the winner.

The best part of all of this happened through secure, OTP-enabled links. So, no app-download adoption worries. Users could just click the link, enter the OTP and then participate in the contest.

This unique way of launching a learning program reduced friction and increased curiosity.

A complex environment consisting of franchisee staff across verticals such as kitchen, floor, valet and housekeeping, IronHill had to make its learning modules as accessible as possible. On clicking the link, users are prompted with the option to consume on app or secure browser.
