Coach originates the session
Coach adds goals for coaching and assigns it to the Coachee, with an optional observer. A target date is set for tracking.
Goal is broken down into tasks
A sequence of tasks can be assigned and jointly tracked between the Coach and the Coachee.
Collaboration and Documentation
The Coachee can share documents for review. They can collaborate and create coaching record using the chat.
Skill acquired
When tasks are complete, the Coach can declare that the Coachee as acquired the skiil. Optionally, the Coach can also cancel the entire session.
